Billing questions, answered plainly
What counts as a request?
Any HTTP request that reaches a gateway route, including rejected 401/429 responses. Health probes and OPTIONS preflights are free.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately with pro-rated billing; downgrades apply at the next renewal. No lock-in on monthly plans.
Do you offer startup or non-profit pricing?
Yes. Registered startups under two years old get Standard at 50% for the first year. Charities get Business features at Standard pricing.
What happens if I exceed my included traffic?
Overage is billed per million requests at published rates, and you set a hard spend cap. We never surprise-invoice.
